If you don't have architect's plans we can create a detailed floor-plan over whole floors.
Then we can explore layout options for the space

Authority approvals, you can undertake the necessary building work, ideally with us overseeing the process.
detailed interior design
This is where we develop the overall concept of how the interior will look, and explore ideas, materials and options with you.
It is a process of collaboration, your input is important but we want to guide you and show you ideas, materials and finishes you may not have thought of.
Design is communicated via detailed plans and elevations, 3d visuals and other visual information such as mood boards and product samples.
Every stage and detail is approved by you and budget costs discussed along the way.
